ShippingYou will be notified of all shipping and handling charges during checkout and before your order is actually finalized. Upon completion of the checkout process, an Order Confirmation will be emailed to you. Items that are in stock when ordered will be shipped out within 48 hours via UPS.com. Normal delivery is by UPS ground service which normally takes 1-7 business days from the time your order is shipped. We ship to P.O. Boxes and A.P.O addresses as well. For international orders we use DHL Express, please email us for shipping rates (usually $135-$170). For Canadian Buyers the shipping is the same as for the US buyers!

We understand that sometimes you are not satisfied with our product and wish to return it for a refund or a store credit. It is our policy to give no refunds, but we will be able to work with you in order to assure your satisfaction. Contact Us with your problem and we will do whatever it takes to ensure you are happy with your order and continue to be a repeated customer. Our certified technicians will test each item before shipping the product to ensure quality. We highly recommend the installation of our products by a licensed professional installer. If the product is found to be defective, Dead on Arrival (DOA), please contact us immediately within 5 days of item receipt for us to troubleshoot or issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the original date of issue. Returned packages displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.
- We will exchange/repair any UNUSED, defective merchandise for the same model if the item is returned to us within 15 days of the customer receiving the item
- The item is accompanied with a letter explaining the issue, including the condition of the item when received and what troubleshooting was performed, your eBay ID and item number, and our RMA number
- Returned items must be unused and undamaged. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing exchanges or store credits. Any used merchandise will be refused and returned at the customers' expense
- The item must be returned with its original box and packaging materials, manuals, warranty cards, and insured for the full purchase price and shipped to us via a traceable means. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit while returning merchandise to us
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated for exchanges
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing warranties
Items may be returned for replacement if the item was wrong, or was defective in the box. If the item is received damaged, the shipping company will be responsible for this and we will assist you in getting a refund from them. If something is wrong, we will do our best to replace it asap with the right part, if and only if, it was the sole fault of VertiDoors.com.
All items returned for a refund will be subject to a 25% restocking fee with the exception being the part not being right for the application. In that case a replacement will be issued unless there is no replacement available.
If you need to return something to be repaired or replaced, please contact us . If the item is damaged due to negligence, it will be returned to you at your expense. Please let us know up front exactly what is wrong with the product to avoid any problems or delays.
